What changes are planned for the FRAUD_AND_AML case category and case priority fields?

Two changes are in progress: (1) FRAUD_AND_AML is being redefined as a proper container that holds a linked FRAUD case and an AML case, rather than being generated as a separate third case type of its own. (2) The current single "priority" field is being split into two separate attributes - SLA and priority - so deadline urgency and severity can be tracked independently.
