Yes. PII is not required in Tazama - entities and accounts are created in the Tazama database as derived from the unique identifiers present in the incoming transaction data, so multiple accounts for an entity build up over time in the database without needing to be supplied as PII or as a separate input. A cellphone number, combined with another attribute to ensure uniqueness, can be used as a debtor unique identifier. Source: Tazama Product Owner, #tazama-public-beta, July 2026.
