Yes. Geolocation and Date of Birth are optional fields, so if they are not provided in the incoming messages, the related rules simply will not produce a meaningful result and will have no effect on the typology score. Typology000 can be edited to add or remove rules - you can explicitly remove Rule028, Rule074, and Rule075, or leave them in the typology since they will have no effect without their input data.
