What are the complete required data fields for the default 33 rules, and are Geolocation and Debtor Age/DOB mandatory?

Geolocation and Debtor Date of Birth/Age are optional fields; however if they are not provided the rules that specifically rely on this information will not function and should not be deployed. All other fields in the standard list - Transaction Identifier, Transaction Time, Transaction Description, Transaction Amount, Transaction Currency, Transaction Type, Debtor, Debtor Account, Creditor, and Creditor Account - are mandatory, and there are no additional required fields beyond that list.
