Are the rule/typology threshold and weight values in the matrix production-ready?

They are a starting baseline, not validated production values. The values were generated using a 'common sense' approach - broad bad/neutral/good intervals - to give a green-field implementation a starting point. They should be treated as a burn-in configuration that you refine over time against your own labelled transaction data. For the most current canonical values, use the tms-configuration repository rather than any shared spreadsheet, as there may be drift between the two.
