Why are there 33 rule processors on DockerHub, but 34 rule processors in my full-service network map?
There are two types of processors in the evaluation flow's rule plane. The most common type is the 33 rule processors that evaluate specific behaviours related to the transaction they are evaluating. The second type is a specialised processor called the Event Flow Rule Processor (EFRuP) which checks if there are any blocking or override conditions linked to either of the transaction participants and/or their accounts. While the EFRuP runs in the Rule Plane (and is confusingly also called a "Rule Processor" for this reason), it is not considered a typical Rule Processor that evaluates behaviour, but more of an operational processor that evaluates states in the Conditions sub-system.
