Our integration holds transfers until compliance clears them, but the integration guide suggests only alert (ALRT) outcomes reach the relay - a clean transaction would send us nothing and hold forever. Is there a way to receive all evaluation outcomes, or an API to query a result for a specific transaction?

Tazama supports both patterns: pushing every evaluation outcome downstream, and querying an outcome for a specific transaction on demand.
Receiving all outcomes (push). The Event Adjudicator's environment configuration controls whether only alerts are emitted or every outcome. Set ALERTS_ONLY=false on the Event Adjudicator and the Tazama core detection engine emits both ALRT (alert) and NALT (non-alert) evaluation outcomes to the relay. This is the current default setting in the tazama-stack deployment, so a downstream system that holds transfers pending clearance receives a definitive outcome for every transaction - clean transactions arrive as NALT rather than silence.
Querying a specific result (pull). There is also an API to retrieve an evaluation result for a specific transaction on demand - see How do I retrieve the evaluation result for a specific transaction via API?
